<br/>Reporting Matrix:       Report to National Logistics/Planning Mananger

<br/>Internal Relationship
<br/>Peer:               Logistics Manager / Plant Production Planner
<br/>Coordination:      All Plants / Demand Mgr / Logistics Mgr./ Production Coordinator
<br/> 
<br/>Key Performance Area:
<br/>Supply Planning and inventory policy setting and planning
<br/>Master production scheduling and control
<br/>Balance and optimize inventory level and customer service level
<br/>Supply process re-design and optimization
<br/>New process implementation / ERP system implementation
<br/> 
<br/>Key Job Responsibility  
<br/>Responsible for production planning and master scheduling, inventory policy setting and inventory level control as well as customer service level balance base on company business strategy. 
<br/>Optimize and re-design supply process and implement the new process in all factories.
<br/>Attend the project PEAK team and implement the project according to project schedule.
<br/> 
<br/>Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request     
<br/>MRPII or ERP knowledge. Good concept of Sales and Operation Planning. 
<br/>Good communication skills. Fluent English both in write and oral.
<br/>With ability to manage project team is preferred. 
<br/> 
<br/>Education /Experience/Health Request
<br/>University graduated with Engineering/supply chain/logistics bachelor degree or above.
<br/>More than 5 years work experience in supply planning or production planning or master scheduling. 
<br/>SAP implementation experience and process designing experience is preferred.
